Alessandra Mattanza, fine art photographer, bestseller and multi-awarded author, and multimedia artist, took her first photo when she was only six years old, and she still remembers it. It was a photo of a tree in the Italian countryside. She has been fascinated by writing and photography ever since and made it her life’s passion despite the challenges she faced as an artist. She studied art, literature, philosophy, and theatre at the University Ca’ Foscari in Venice and photography at the Akademie der Bayerischen Presse in Munich.
